OnePlus Phones, TV Models Get Big Discounts in Diwali Sale: All Details - Gadgets 360

OnePlus has introduced Diwali festival deals and discounts on its range of smartphones and TVs. The company is offering price cuts on its entire OnePlus 9 range, including the OnePlus 9 Pro and the OnePlus 9R. In addition, the OnePlus Nord series is also being offered with discounts and exchange bonuses. The Diwali discounts are live on the OnePlus India website and even as part of Amazon Great Indian Festival sale that has begun today. There are additional discounts via bank offers on the OnePlus devices.

OnePlus Diwali offers

OnePlus is currently hosting its Diwali sale on its site. The entire OnePlus 9 range is listed with discounts of up to Rs. 4,000 on OnePlus.in and Amazon.in. The OnePlus 9R and OnePlus 9 are listed with a price cut of Rs. 3,000 and are priced starting at Rs. 36,999 and Rs. 46,999, respectively. The OnePlus 9 Pro is available with a Rs. 4,000 discount and is up for grabs starting at Rs. 60,999. Customers can also avail of an additional discount of up to Rs. 7,000 off with HDFC bank cards on Amazon.in and on SBI Cards on OnePlus.in (from October 4). No-cost EMI options of up to nine months are also offered.

The OnePlus Nord 2 and the OnePlus Nord CE 5G are not listed with price cuts but OnePlus.in is offering extra Rs. 2,000 on exchange and a Rs. 1,000 instant discount on using ICICI Bank and Kotak Bank cards. Amazon is offering an extra Rs. 1,000 off on exchange on select phones and an additional 10 percent discount on using HDFC Bank cards. Amazon is also offering an additional Rs. 1,000 off with coupons, but only for the 12GB RAM variant of the OnePlus Nord 2.

OnePlus has also listed its Y-series and U-series of smart TVs with up to 15 percent off. The OnePlus TV Y-series is starting at a discounted price of 15,999 for the 32-inch model with an extra Rs. 2,000 instant discount on using ICICI Bank debit and credit cards. The more premium OnePlus TV U-series is being offered at a starting price of Rs. 43,999 for its 50-inch model with an extra discount of Rs. 3,000 on using ICICI Bank debit and credit cards.

Microsoft Office 2021 pricing revealed: Check rates, launch date and more - Zee News

New Delhi: Microsoft`s software suite is getting an upgrade on October 5 with the rollout of Windows 11, and this includes Office Home and Student 2021 and Office Home and Business 2021.

Office Home and Student, which unlocks Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Microsoft Teams, will cost $150, reports Engadget.

Office Home and Business adds Outlook to that list and grants the rights to use these apps for commercial purposes and it costs $250, the report said.

With this year`s launch, some extra tools from the Microsoft 365 subscription service are making their way to Office, such as collaboration features like co-authoring and the ability to send out automatic updates when files are edited.

Many of the apps are getting a new look, too, with rounded window corners and a neutral colour palette.

Programmes receiving a digital facelift are Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, Project, Publisher and Visio.

Report: TikTok is the highest-earning mobile app, PUBG Mobile still on top of the mobile gaming world - GSMArena.com news - GSMArena.com

At the onset of the pandemic app installs shot up as people searched for something to do. Now with the vaccine rollout app installs on the Google and Apple platforms are down slightly (1.2% and 2.1%, respectively, year over year), but revenues have gone up.

Smartphone users spent a collective $33.6 billion on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store during the July-September quarter on apps, in-app purchases and subscriptions. This is a 15.1% increase over the same period last year when $29.2 billion was spent. The increase is slowing down, however, last year there was a 32% jump in spending for that same quarter.

The Apple store is still raking in the most money, an impressive $21.5 billion (+13.2% compared to last year), but Google’s platform is catching up as it took in $12.1 billion (+18.6%). There’s some more good news for Google, but more on that in a second.

Data from SensorTower shows that TikTok was the highest-earning app globally across both app stores in Q3. It recently hit 3 billion total installs, becoming the first non-Facebook app to do so.

TikTok was the top app in Apple’s store, but not in Google’s – there the search giant’s own Google One app holds the #1 spot (thanks to subscriptions for the cloud storage service). Piccoma shot up to the #2 spot overall with a 130% growth, YouTube and Disney+ are in the Top 5 as well. Below are the overall rankings as well as per app store.

Mobile gaming is heating up too, with users spending 7.7% more cash than Q3 last year – a whopping $22.4 billion. Most of that was spent in the Google Play Store ($13.1 billion) with iOS trailing ($9.3 billion).

As in previous quarters, the top mobile game is Tencent’s PUBG Mobile, which has amassed lifetime earnings of over $5 billion (including Game for Peace, the Chinese version of the game). Another Tencent game, Honor of Kings, is in the #2 spot, followed by Genshin Impact. Genshin may be only a year old, but it already has $2 billion of consumer spending to its name. Pokemon Go is still popular and was 4th, Roblox rounds off the Top 5.

Cupertino-based tech giant Apple has announced a Diwali offer that will start on October 7 for customers. After the announcement of the iPhone 13 series in India, the iPhone 12 and 12 mini are already available at lower prices throughout the festive season. Users who purchase either the Apple iPhone 12 or 12 mini will receive a pair of complimentary AirPods, according to Apple India's promotion. Apple hasn't specified if the promotional AirPods are the original version or the second edition with the wireless charging case.

Since the launch of the iPhone 13 series in India, the iPhone 12 series has been discounted, and the latest promotion is likely an attempt to clear out pending inventories of the earlier generation iPhones. While the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max are no longer available through Apple India, the iPhone 12 and 12 mini are now available for Rs 65,900 and Rs 59,900, respectively, a reduction from their debut costs of Rs 79,900 and Rs 69,900 in 2020. Instead, the new pricing applies to the iPhone 13 and 13 small, which are incremental improvements over the iPhone 12 series in terms of design, as well as faster CPUs, improved cameras, and longer battery life.

AirPods were previously available for a discounted price through Apple's student discount programmes on MacBooks and iPads. The iPhone 12 has gained even more value as a result of the latest promotional drive. It has the A14 Bionic SoC, which is still more than capable as a flagship chipset, two 12MP wide and ultra-wide cameras, and Retina screens of top quality. With the addition of AirPods, the iPhone 12 series is an excellent choice for individuals looking for a new generation iPhone experience while saving money.

In comparison, the iPhone 13 series includes further technologies including sensor shift OIS on both cameras, including the iPhone 13 mini's. The iPhone 13 small has a 1.5-hour longer battery life than the iPhone 13, while the iPhone 13 has a 2.5-hour longer battery life. Customers can also avail of additional up to Rs. 7,000 off with HDFC bank cards.

OnePlus Nord 2 and OnePlus Nord CE 5G will be listed on Amazon with an extra Rs. 1,000 off on exchange on select phones and additional 10 percent discount on HDFC Bank cards. Amazon will also offer additional Rs. 1,000 off with coupons only for the 12GB RAM variant of the OnePlus Nord 2.

The iPhone 11 will also be available starting at Rs. 38,999 during Prime early access sale. This is a massive discount from the current 49,900 price tag attached to the base model. A price cut of Rs 10,901 will be introduced during the Amazon Great Indian Festival.

Coming to Samsung phones, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G will be listed starting at just Rs. 36,999. This is down from its current listed price of Rs. 50,999, bringing a price cut of Rs. 14,000. An additional Rs. 3,000 off will be offered to HDFC Bank cardholders. Samsung Galaxy M52 5G will be available during the Amazon Great Indian Festival with an introductory offer of Rs. 1,000 coupon. Samsung Galaxy M12 will be priced at Rs. 9,499 and the Samsung Galaxy M32 will be up for grabs for just Rs. 12,4999. The 5G variant will be up for grabs for Rs. 16,999 during the sale. Other offers on the Samsung Galaxy M series include nine months of no-cost EMI and bank discounts. Prime members will additionally get free screen replacement of 6 months along with the purchase of select Samsung Galaxy M-series smartphones.

Other phones like the new iQoo Z5 will be available for up to Rs. 3000 off by using both - Amazon coupons and HDFC Bank offer. The iQoo Z3 and iQoo 7 will see price cuts of up to Rs. 2,000.

Specifically, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 is said to be listed with up to Rs. 19,000 discount and the Apple Watch SE will be listed for Rs. 19,900. Amazon will list mobile cases and accessories starting at Rs. 49 and power banks starting at Rs. 249.

Smart TVs will be listed starting at just Rs. 8,888. The e-commerce site will offer up to 50 percent off on Intel and AMD-powered laptops. Amazon will also list the 2020 iPad Air in the Rs. 40,000 range and offer accessories worth Rs. 3,000 with select Lenovo tablets.

Amazon Great Indian Festival: Echo range

As for Amazon devices, there will be up to 50 percent off on Echo smart speakers and displays with Alexa. The Echo Dot third generation will be priced at just Rs. 1,949, while the Echo Dot third generation and smart bulb combo will be priced at Rs. 1,999. The Fire TV Stick 2021 model will be listed with a discounted price of Rs. 2,199, while the Fire TV Stick 4K will be priced at Rs. 2,999.

The source of this rumor is the Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station who is generally on point with their insights. The first vivo Watch did arrive this time last year, so it shouldn’t be a surprise to see the new one arrive any time soon.
