vivo unveiled the Y73s last October, and it will soon follow up with the vanilla Y73 as the Indian division's Director of Brand Strategy, Mr. Nipun Marya, posted the phone's teaser on Twitter.
Guess who? Coming soon. #Itsmystyle #vivoY73 pic.twitter.com/DCOKRMWMAf

The image reveals the design of the Y73's rear panel, which is different than the Y73s'. The camera island, which includes three shooters, also has a different shape. It looks similar to the camera modules on the vivo X60 and X60 Pro.
Neither Mr. Marya nor vivo tell us anything about the Y73's specs, but a recent report claimed the smartphone will be powered by the Helio G95 SoC and sport a 6.44" FullHD+ AMOLED screen with a fingerprint scanner underneath for biometric authentication.
The vivo Y73 will boot Android 11-based FuntouchOS 11.1 and have 8GB RAM and 128GB storage onboard. The smartphone will also come with the Extended RAM feature we've seen on the X60 Pro and X60 Pro+, which will virtually expand the smartphone's RAM by 3GB by using internal storage.
The Y73's camera department will consist of a total of four cameras - a 16MP selfie shooter inside the notch, with the 64MP primary camera on the rear joined by a 2MP macro and 2MP depth units.
Keeping the entire package up and running will be a 4,000 mAh battery with 33W charging.
We don't have the Y73's launch date yet, but you can expect vivo to drop more teasers in the coming days to build hype around the smartphone.
