A user on online forum Reddit has claimed that OnePlus is offering free battery replacement to users of the OnePlus 3, 5 and 6 series phones. The thread below has responses of users who claim that they have been able to get their phone’s battery replaced paying a nominal labour cost. However, so far there is no official confirmation from OnePlus India regarding the same. TOI Tech-Gadgets Now reached out to OnePlus for confirmation and the company has do far not confirmed this. As per the post, OnePlus device owners can get the battery replaced by visiting their nearest OnePlus service centre. It is apparently not possible to get it done via courier pickup.
