The main display of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 doesn’t have a notch or punch hole for the selfie camera. In fact, the camera is placed underneath the display screen. This ensures that you can use the entire screen area. This is Samsung’s first phone to come with an under display camera. The under display camera has a 4MP sensor and an aperture of F1.8.
The concept is similar to an in-display fingerprint scanner in terms of usage. With minimum pixels applied on top of the camera hole, Samsung is offering this technology. Also, there’s a new Eco display technology applied to the screen, which makes it 29% brighter while consuming less energy.
