Samsung announced the Galaxy S23 series at its first Unpacked event in February 2023. While the flagship is comparatively fresh in the minds of the tech fraternity, rumours have started revealing the details of the upcoming S24 series that will likely launch next year. In the latest move, noted tipster Ice Universe claims the Galaxy S24 Ultra will have a "Titanium" frame.
According to a report, the current (S23) models have an aluminium frame. However, the upcoming series may have extra durable frames for added toughness. Further, Apple is also expected to introduce titanium construction in its forthcoming iPhone 15 series.

In a separate tweet, the tipster added the Galaxy S24 Plus may have a larger display than its predecessor at 6.65 inches. If the leak materialises, the upcoming phone will have slightly more room for multimedia viewing than the S23 Plus. According to a MySmartPrice report, the US variant of the device appeared on Geekbench with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The handset was running on Android 14. It is reported that the company may bring back its Exynos processor with the upcoming S series in select regions.
As for more leaks, the battery capacities of Galaxy S24 Plus and S24 Ultra were leaked by a Dekra listing. The S24+ and S24 Ultra may have a 4900mAh and 5100 typical battery pack. The smartphones have reportedly been codenamed Muse with Muse 1 denoting S24, Muse 2 as S24 Plus and Muse 3 as S24 Ultra. Among the notable upgrades will be a stacked battery pack borrowed from the technology of EVs for improved battery backup.
The devices may run on OneUI 6 based on Android 14. A Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and a 200MP camera on the Ultra could be present. The Galaxy S24 series will likely include three smartphones: Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Speaking of official updates, the tech giant recently unveiled its new iteration of folding phones, smartwatches and flagship tablets at its latest Unpacked 2023 event.
